	3. Which softwares are included?
	A CD Drivers Installation is included. Optional: Windows 7 Home Premium or Professional (DVD). You need to order your Mini PC with the OS, otherwise, the PC will NOT include any OS.
	4. Which connections are available?
	This varies from model to model. The typicals connections available are: - Audio HD - HDMI / DVI / VGA - Serial & Parallels ports - 6/8/10 USB ports - eSata external port - PS2 Please visit our Products section for details.
	5. Does this desktop come with a Restore or Windows CD/DVD?
	Yes, a CD/DVD will be included if you buy any Windows OS. This only apply if you order your Mini PC with Windows.
	6. How much does theses Mini PC weight?
	This varies from model to model. The minimum weight is 3 pounds and up to 6 pounds. For more details please go to our Products section and select the model you are interested in.
	7. I do not see speakers, modem, Bluetooth listed. Does it come with that?
	We list all information that the desktop comes with. If you do not see that feature listed, then it is not included. You can always add on accessories with USB.
	8. I have a monitor now, will this one work with this PC?
	Yes, all monitors have the same connection (VGA) or come with an adapter from DVI-VGA to connect to a desktop. Some models are equipped with VGA, DIV and HDMI.
	9. Warranty Policy
	All products branded as Monix PC and purchased in the U.S. come with a 1 year limited warranty on parts and services. Monix PC products marked as "Refurbished" or "Open Box" have a limited warranty of 3 months. All other electronic products or components not branded as Monix PC (Such as DVD burners, cables, motherboards, etc.) must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
	10. Does Monix PC Charge Tax?
	Monix PC charges sales tax only to orders shipped to the State of New Jersey, USA. Sales tax are calculated based upon the total price of your order, including shipping and handling cost. For more information about New Jersey sales tax, please refer to www.state.nj.us/treasury/taxation/
	11. I have a tax-exempt permit. Can I place an order with Monix PC without being charged for taxes?
	Yes. Place your first order with your address information in NJ. Fill out and fax us the Tax-Exempt form with your information to (845) 445-1195.
